EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Mr. Clark has worked in the coastal engineering field since 2005. His diverse educational background has afforded him the opportunity of being involved in every facet of coastal engineering development from the early stages of planning and permitting, continuing through the design process, and eventually overseeing final construction. Mr. Clark has assisted a wide range of clients to cut through the bureaucratic red tape and achieve their waterfront related goals. These clients have included municipalities, marina facility owners, private developers, homeowners, and attorneys. His work experience has included projects throughout the US East Coast, Caribbean, and the Middle East.

In addition to planning and design development expertise, Mr. Clark has contributed to numerous Marina Market Assessments. Such efforts concentrate on quantifying region specific market forces as a means of forecasting various development parameters including demand, facility size, seasonality, and rate structure. These exercises have enabled clients to progress through subsequent development phases with a high degree of confidence.
